Product Return Policy
At Bloom Wildly, every piece of art carries its own story—woven with memory, color, and care. Because originals and commissions are one-of-a-kind, they are considered final sale.
I pour myself into each creation, and once it finds its home, it’s meant to stay part of your story.
Prints & Merchandise
- Prints and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive in less-than-perfect condition.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your art arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos. I’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
Exceptions
- Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are non-refundable.
- Commissioned work cannot be returned, but I’ll collaborate closely with you during the creative process to ensure joy and satisfaction.
