Welcome to Bloom Wildly Studio
Nestled in a coastal Oregon neighborhood, my barn-red cottage stands as both studio and soul-space. French doors open wide to salt air and friendship, welcoming guests into the “Bloom Wildly Studio”. The first floor I refer to as the “Craft Cottage”—a ground-floor haven for paper crafts, upcycled furniture, sewing projects, and most recently, pottery. My kiln, Ruby, glows like a fiery jewel, helping me shape clay with heart and heat.
Up a loft ladder, the “Creative Nest” offers forest views and quiet inspiration. It’s where I paint mixed-media florals and nature-infused illustrations, surrounded by light and layers of color. A pulley-rigged basket, engineered by my husband, ferries supplies between floors—a whimsical solution that feels like magic.
Outside, I find peace on the front porch rocker, watching wildlife play. The covered back porch overlooks a memory garden filled with tributes: prayer rocks from riverbanks I walked with my father, vintage bottles from my grandmother’s home, hydrangeas for my mother-in-law, and a train caboose birdhouse that reminds me of my grandfather. Birds and bees visit often, keeping the space alive and humming.
This cottage is more than a workspace—it’s the culmination of a lifelong dream. A place built with love, labor, and the belief that creativity deserves a home of its own.
Have a look around my creative sanctuary!
Bloom Wildly is more than a studio—it’s a sanctuary for storytelling, texture, and transformation. Nestled in a barn-red cottage on the Oregon coast, my creative space is filled with floral mixed media, found objects, and kiln-fired sculpture that reflect wonder, nature, and connection. This is where art blooms and stories take flight.
